Do you enjoy building relationships with business leaders and acting as a talent consultant to support enterprise Talent Acquisition activities?  

At Westfield, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter that will focus on attracting, sourcing, and selecting diverse talent for high-volume openings.   Drawing on the knowledge of the organization’s business objectives, talent plans, and understanding of the talent marketplace, the recruiter aligns business unit talent strategies with hiring priorities and talent acquisition approaches.  As a talent consultant, you will assist hiring managers in screening and selecting talent, focusing on the key skills and experiences that matter most to selection.   To support these objectives, you will perform outreach to increase candidate pipeline development through strategic job postings, as well as sourcing through a variety of channels, and you will conduct candidate screenings using data and analytics to advance qualified applicants.  The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping us advance diversity and inclusion at Westfield and we will rely on your ability to leverage your skill and experience as well as other talent acquisition tactics for our collective success.


Qualifications –
•    3+ years of full-cycle professional talent acquisition experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment.
•    3+ years of experience in managing multiple hiring leader relationships, including the ability to support multiple leadership teams.
•    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, various recruiting software systems, and Microsoft Office suite of apps.
•    1+ years of research-based passive candidate sourcing experience. 
•    Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with the ability to interact with all levels of the company.
•    Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
•    Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and implications upon the employer.
•    Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
•    Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000
