The HR Operations & Technology Leader will oversee all operational, transactional, informational and employee services of the HR function. This role will lead HR Technology, Employee Relations, Shared Services, HR Analytics, and Communications. This role will partner with other key stakeholders to design, deploy, streamline and maintain processes, programs, policies to support a scalable and progressive HR team. This role will drive operational excellence and scalability while enabling our team to continue building a high performing and interdependent culture.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences, listed in order of importance: 

 

  • 10+ years of experience leading an HR shared services, technology, analytics and or employee relations function. This includes experience influencing senior leadership and critical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead by example; models leadership behavior.
  • 10+ years of experience applying Human Resource practices and processes that directly align with the specific responsibilities for this position.
  • Leading transformational change, managing stakeholders, achieving buy-in among disparate audiences, and delivering results in a variety of settings.
  • Coaching and developing leaders and direct reports with proven results.
  • Defining a technology strategy that will enable the HR function with effective and proactive practices in support of business objectives, including implementing a new HCM solution.
  • Consulting key stakeholders and business leaders to further deepen the business’s ability to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Streamlining processes that enable the HR team, leaders and employees more effectively, leveraging automation and self-service.
  • Enhancing and evolving a Shared Services model for all employees and managers transactions, information and services. Defining and monitoring service level agreements, key metrics, and opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Evolving and continuously improving our employee relation practices driving company performance, enhance employee experience, and ensure tight alignment to Westfield’s culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Learning, or HR -or- equivalent work experience. Master’s degree or SPHR or SHRM- SCP preferred.
