Responsibilities:

Implements and maintains Oracle HCM system and other related HCM systems, including data, data infrastructure, system integrity, control data, reports and reporting infrastructure by providing analysis, setup, and testing of programs to ensure accurate results and compliance with government regulations.

Manages system related projects, using agile project management methodologies. Participates on multiple enterprise project teams representing the HCM systems perspective, acting as project lead or subject matter expert (SME).

Serves as a liaison between the customer and the Information Technology team when necessary.

Oversees, reviews and implements new HCM system releases, upgrades, fixes and enhancements.

Recommends and develops new and more efficient solutions and procedures relating to all HR systems processing using new and existing software.

Directs and coordinates internal technical resources in regards to HR systems business requirements to ensure all user needs are identified and included into system requirements and all technical aspects are properly documented and addressed.

Develops, documents, and performs system testing, focusing on issue resolution and system integrity.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field, with 2+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM applications or similar.

Experience with Human Resources processes and procedures.

Experience leading projects and policy/procedure changes to successful completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems related field OR commensurate experience

Working knowledge of web and cloud based technology.

Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information and data to recommend solutions that drive effectiveness and efficiency.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office or transferable software packages.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the company.

Physical essential functions: ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
