About The Job:
The Line Cook, as directed, performs a variety of commercial kitchen duties (e.g. setting up work station, prepping food, cooking, cleaning, stocking) at the Westfield Country Club. Under supervision, prepares food to the exact specifications of the Chef.

Requirements:

• Age 16 and older
• Previous kitchen experience
• High degree of customer service and a passion for cooking     
• Ability to work with frequent variations in temperature (hot and cold), typical of a commercial kitchen environment. Remain on feet; standing and walking for extended periods of time throughout the work day. Lift and carry 40lbs. Bend and reach.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
